The girls
Sorry it has taken me so long to post something new, but I've just been very busy just like I know the rest of you are.
The girls are getting so big and so smart I just don't know what I'm going to do with Abbie she is just too smart for her own britches. She hears everything that you say and remembers it days later, somtimes you will hear remember you said or just out of the blue she will repeat what you said. Taylor is my little climber. We were putting up the Christmas lights outside and Taylor started climbing the ladder right behind Charlie just like you and I would one step at a time with both hands on either side, it was really cute but pretty scary.
We put our Christmas tree up on Saturday and of course the girls were just so excited about it but Sunday afternoon I woke Abbie up from her nap to get her ready to go back to church and she asked me if I put presents under the tree yet. I told her No Abbie mommy has 30 days still before she has to do that, her next comment just floored me. She said well I only want toys please no clothes. I asked what she was talking about and she told me no clothes only toys to play with all I could do is just laugh because it was just so innocent.
Another cute thing that Abbie says is yes my do not I do but yes my do and she is so serious when she does it. Taylor is really starting to talk now she is saying more than NO NO which is good.
I will post some pictures of the girls sometime this weekend I am getting them together (Stacy) .

The day after Thanksgiving
It's been a long time since I have blogged, so long in fact that I forgot my old password and didn't know which email I had used so I decided to just start over.
Yesterday was a day where you supposed to be thankful and reflect on the things you have and all that good stuff but I often wonder why do we do it only one day a year? My parents rented the Presidential suite at their time share and all of us went over there hung out and ate dinner. While there I looked around the room at who was there but really focused on my grandmothers and how much they have changed over the years. This past year I turned 30 and I used to think that 30 was old but not so much any more now I'm one of those "old"people, but going back to my grandma's. I admire both of them for how strong they are some people look at it as being stubborn but to me I see where they are coming from. They always have people telling them what to do and when to do it when not so long ago they were the one's taking care of us and helping us and telling us what to do. I used to mistake it as they were just getting old and grouchy but they really aren't they are just trying to keep what little independence they have. So I am very thankful for what my grandmother's have taught me over the years and even yesterday.
I am also very thankful for my husband, he might get under my skin at times but I don't know what I would do without him.
My girls, I waited so long to have children and God blessed me with two very beautiful and bright girls they sure keep me on my toes but I can't remember what life was like with out them!!
My parents, I now understand how they struggled to keep a roof over my head and food in my stomach. I can honestly say that though I didn't get everything that I WANTED I got everything that I NEEDED and then some, so for that I am thankful. I am also thankful that they taught me to work hard and not to be afraid to go and try because of that I am strong.
My sister, Devon what can I say I call you when I need to vent or call just to see how life is. You've been thru it but you've shown people that you can survive and your a strong beautiful woman.
Ryan, your a great brother. Your in the Navy and you have a beautiful family. Even though your all the way up north I still love you and hope that one day our kids can grow up a little bit together and give us gray hair.
I am just thankful today that I have what I have. God has brought us to this time in our lives and He will see us thru everything that He has ordained for us.
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and that you will always look around you and remember to be thankful everyday not just one day a year!!!
