It's a GIRL!!!!
Sorry it has taken me so long to get this posted but I went to the doctor on Monday and the verdict is in and we are having another GIRL!!!!! She is still due Sept 14th but we need to really pray for mommy. We need to pray that my placenta moves up to the top in the next 8 weeks or it could be a real problem. The doctor said hopefully it will but if it doesn't that means I have to be watched real close. I will keep everyone updated on the situation!!!!

Night Time Play
Tonight after dinner the girls were playing and of course whatever the one has the other one of course needs. I was folding clothes while the chicken was cooking and while doing that I was trying to empty the many baskets that some how filled themselves full of clothes. Anyway, Taylor has this thing about baskets don't know but if it's empty she will find it and play in it. The basket has little holes in it but it's as big as she is so when she puts it on her head it looks like a basket moving by itself. I was sitting over by the computer looking outside and she comes walking over with her little fingers sticking out of the holes and growling it was just too cute. SO, of course Miss Abbie went and got her sleeping bag (of course having to out do her sister) and Charlie put it over her head and zipped it all the way down and she walked all over the house it looked like a pink cousin "IT" (that hairy thing off of the Adam's Family). The funny thing she never bumped into any walls.
Another cute thing they did tonight was the turned the clothes basket upside and took one of their blankets and put it over it like a tablecloth. Then they went and got all of their dishes and made themselves a little picnic. It was really cute they sat their and fed each other.
Just thought that I would share those little things that they did tonight. Tonight was one of those quiet nights which come few and far between right now for some reason.
Hope this finds everyone well.
Love,
Erin

Family Update
So sorry that it has been so long since I posted life is just busy!!!
Everyone is doing well. Abbie and Taylor are growing like weeds and teaching me new things everyday. Charlie is doing well . I'm growing as to be expected. I am due on September 14 but as we all know that I normally don't go to the end so this baby will probably be early. We still don't know for sure what it is yet, Charlie thinks it's a boy but we go for an ultrasound on the 22nd of this month so hopefully we will find out then and yes I will post it when I find out.
Taylor is going to be two this month and I can't believe it. She moved up to the two year old class early and loves it. She's a big girl now and is talking more and more.
Abbie moved up to the older three's and is very happy. Right now they are learning about the weather and comes home and teaches us what she has learned.
I hope that all of you are doing well and I will be posting more this weekend with some Easter pictures.

Baby # 3 on the way!!!!
Well now that my computer is somewhat fixed I see that my wonderful cousin just exploded with the news ( which is ok by the way) but yes we are excepting baby # 3.
The baby's due date is September 14 which is a week after Abbie's birthday so she is just really excited that she can have her birthday cake and then the baby will be here or so she thinks. I have told her that the baby might be here earlier seeing I do have a track record of having babies early. I went to the dr on the 24th of January and we saw the little heart beating but I will go back for a check up on Feb 21st and will post that ultrasound pic. I will have an ultrasound everytime I go so you'll see the change with us. Charlie is excited he hopes that it's healthy but I think he also sort of hopes for a boy this time but he said that he will be happy with whatever God gives us :)
I haven't been throwing up just feeling nauseated alot but then last week I got bronchitis which knocked me for a loop. I barley worked last week but on top of it I lost my voice!!! So I tried to squeak my way thru the week which my mother got on to me for but I still barley have a voice which is just aggravating now.
Taylor is happy I guess about the baby she kisses my belly and rubs my belly I don't think she totally understands yet but she will when I get even bigger.
I will post more as the baby grows!!!!
Love
Erin

Pondering
I was talking with my mom the other day about Christmas and told her that I didn't want anything for Christmas this year for two reasons: 1. I don't have the money right now to spend on everyone for Christmas and 2. that's all Christmas has become is who gets what and who did you buy for. I think as Christians we have forgotten why we celebrate this day it's not for the presents but for the ONE present that we need to accept and that's the Lord Jesus Christ. Stop and think for a minute if we couldn't buy anyone anything, what if you didn't get any presents at all? To me I wouldn't care because I have accepted the greatest present of all Salvation and that's all that matters.
Please remember this Christmas season that it is not who gets what or who you didn't get to buy for but it is about our salvation and Jesus Christ.

Ginger Bread Boy's House!!!!
On Monday night Charlie and I went out to eat with a group from our church and Grammie come over and watched the girls. Of course when Grammie comes she always has either something good to eat or something fun to do and she did on Monday night. They made a Ginger Bread Boy's House ( Abbie's version of what they made). The girls were so proud to show us what they made and Abbie explained how they did it and how they got to eat the candy as they did it, it was real cute to watch her face light up as she told us. So everytime now that I see a commercial with a Ginger Bread House in it I will think of Abbie telling me that she made a Ginger Bread Boy's House last night with Grammie!!!!

The girls
Sorry it has taken me so long to post something new, but I've just been very busy just like I know the rest of you are.
The girls are getting so big and so smart I just don't know what I'm going to do with Abbie she is just too smart for her own britches. She hears everything that you say and remembers it days later, somtimes you will hear remember you said or just out of the blue she will repeat what you said. Taylor is my little climber. We were putting up the Christmas lights outside and Taylor started climbing the ladder right behind Charlie just like you and I would one step at a time with both hands on either side, it was really cute but pretty scary.
We put our Christmas tree up on Saturday and of course the girls were just so excited about it but Sunday afternoon I woke Abbie up from her nap to get her ready to go back to church and she asked me if I put presents under the tree yet. I told her No Abbie mommy has 30 days still before she has to do that, her next comment just floored me. She said well I only want toys please no clothes. I asked what she was talking about and she told me no clothes only toys to play with all I could do is just laugh because it was just so innocent.
Another cute thing that Abbie says is yes my do not I do but yes my do and she is so serious when she does it. Taylor is really starting to talk now she is saying more than NO NO which is good.
I will post some pictures of the girls sometime this weekend I am getting them together (Stacy) .

The day after Thanksgiving
It's been a long time since I have blogged, so long in fact that I forgot my old password and didn't know which email I had used so I decided to just start over.
Yesterday was a day where you supposed to be thankful and reflect on the things you have and all that good stuff but I often wonder why do we do it only one day a year? My parents rented the Presidential suite at their time share and all of us went over there hung out and ate dinner. While there I looked around the room at who was there but really focused on my grandmothers and how much they have changed over the years. This past year I turned 30 and I used to think that 30 was old but not so much any more now I'm one of those "old"people, but going back to my grandma's. I admire both of them for how strong they are some people look at it as being stubborn but to me I see where they are coming from. They always have people telling them what to do and when to do it when not so long ago they were the one's taking care of us and helping us and telling us what to do. I used to mistake it as they were just getting old and grouchy but they really aren't they are just trying to keep what little independence they have. So I am very thankful for what my grandmother's have taught me over the years and even yesterday.
I am also very thankful for my husband, he might get under my skin at times but I don't know what I would do without him.
My girls, I waited so long to have children and God blessed me with two very beautiful and bright girls they sure keep me on my toes but I can't remember what life was like with out them!!
My parents, I now understand how they struggled to keep a roof over my head and food in my stomach. I can honestly say that though I didn't get everything that I WANTED I got everything that I NEEDED and then some, so for that I am thankful. I am also thankful that they taught me to work hard and not to be afraid to go and try because of that I am strong.
My sister, Devon what can I say I call you when I need to vent or call just to see how life is. You've been thru it but you've shown people that you can survive and your a strong beautiful woman.
Ryan, your a great brother. Your in the Navy and you have a beautiful family. Even though your all the way up north I still love you and hope that one day our kids can grow up a little bit together and give us gray hair.
I am just thankful today that I have what I have. God has brought us to this time in our lives and He will see us thru everything that He has ordained for us.
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and that you will always look around you and remember to be thankful everyday not just one day a year!!!
